مَرْفُوْع (رَفْع الاسْمِ)

وَأَمَّا الاسْمُ فَيُرْفَعُ فِيْ سِتَّةِ مَوَاضِعَ.  
  As for the الاسْم it is مَرْفُوْع in six places.  

Explanation:

Knowing what has gone before, there does not remain anything thereafter except to know in which construction the الاسْم is مَرْفُوْع , مَنْصُوْب or مَجْرُوْر . That is something easily attainable and not difficult for the mind to grasp. Thus, it is مَرْفُوْع in six places, مَنْصُوْب in eleven places and مَجْرُوْر in two places.
